The Sopwith Tri-plane in 3-D

These images were all created using CAD (Computer Aided Design) software.
The creation of the 3-D model and all its components is based on the original Sopwith drawings and the drawings from Replicraft, USA. The Replicraft drawings are true master plans created by Jim Kiger.

In addition, the various Sopwith triplane reference pictures from Tiffenden (DIXIE)   have been very valuable as a reference for the modeling of constructural details.
